Unfortunately
we have to see the unit to be able to give you a price. But there are different ways you can do this. Send in your lace
wig for repair, we will call or email you with a quote for the damages done to unit. If you decide to continue and have the
unit repaired great, you wont be disappointed! Your deposit will include the color & texture match and quote.
If the unit is has less then 80% hair, rips or tears in the lace pass the point of afforable repairs, then
you can donate your old lace wig. You must sign the donate slip before it's official. Your old wig will be put in
rotation to be re-built and donated to women & children who are under going medical alopeicia (cancer
kemo). When you decide to donate to this program "Give a Lace" You will recieve a gift certificate towards your next Hair~Am Custom Lace front Wig If for any reason you do not want to donate your old wig or have any repairs done, we will mail it
back to you for a small processing fee!
Lace Wig Repair Disclosure We repair all lace wig units. We charge by how much damage is to the unit. Repair is great for bald spots, thinning nape, edges and tear & rips. It will also rejuvenated the hair and improve the overall damage that was initially done to the unit.The adhesive removal process is very delicate, and requires hours of attention, depending on the type of adhesive used and how much build up, will determine how clean the lace will get. All units will be subject to pictures before and afters. There is no refunds on work and labor render to your lace wig unit Deposit of $75 (per unit) must be paid before repairs are started to your lace wig Balance must be paid before unit is shipped back you. If no service is rendered to unit there is a ($9.00 per unit) processing fee before unit is returned If a unit its to far damaged, then repairing it maybe costly. Investing into another unit would be best option at that point. We have a program called “Give A Lace”. This program is set up for clients to donate there old damage lace wig units that are far gone beyond repair. We in return we will give you a great deal on your next lace wig order.* Your old wig will be re constructed / recycled and donated to women & children with cancer, alopecia and other medical problems. We give you $25 Hair~am bucks towards an In Stock Wig and $100 towards our truly custom lace wigs Here’s what to do:1. Fill out the form on the Lace Wig repair page & summit2. Mail your unit in3. You will receive an email or phone call to inform you we received the wig and an expected date when the unit will be done and sent back. Along with the cost of the repairs needed.4. If the unit can not be repaired then we will mail it back!5. If you decide to participate in our “Give A Lace” program you must sign and date below. We will keep the lace and apply the credit to your Hair~am account. |
